Look, I know I am a little biased towards Sony (maybe a lot) but I can't help but think something is wrong with this Variety site on Metacritic. The site game LBP AND R2 their lowest scores, while giving Fable 2 a review 10 points higher than their average. And their reviews are total trash, not backing up why Resistance 2 is a 70 and Fable 2 is a 98. I think its total bullshit.

 

LBP Average - 95 - Variety  80/100 (lowest score)

Resistance 2 - 89 average - Variety 70/100 (lowest score) All other scores 80+. They say the game is much improved over the original, meaning the original Resistance was a 60/100 or something?

Fable 2 Average 89 - Variety Review 98/100 (6th highest out of 75 reviews.)

 

I mean without Variety, I think LBP would be at 96 average and Resistance 2 would be at a 90 average. Whats their gripe with the PS3?

it's not a matter of "what's wrong with Variety's reviews"

What matters is.... WHY WOULD ANYBODY actually take its reviews serious enough to incorporate into their own website.

yes, humans are weak, minded creatures. On another hand why would go to that website, oh no they talk bad about my beloved game, let's create fifteen related variety treads. If he doesn't like the game, let him. It won't effect my enjoyment of the game.
