A spouse, boyfriend, or someone you have sex regularly with is not rape. If you regularly have sex with someone then you are consenting to a sexual relationship.
I don't think anyone is going to argue that a masked stranger holding a knife to your throat is rape, that's pretty obvious.
For most people the blurred lines come with alcohol, drugs, etc. There are no definite definitions in these circumstances and I feel its a case by case basis.
However, after experiences with some of my friends and ex girlfriends, I find that the earlier and closer the rapist is the worst, the older and further away the better.
I know girls that have been sexually assaulted by dads and uncles at early ages. No one believes them, they don't trust anybody, and will end up in bad relationships because the love they've known is so deformed and mutated.
I think, though, that no matter what happens in your life you have to overcome it. If you rob yourself of the ability to love someone, a love so strong that can only be expressed through physical contact, it's your fault, not anyone elses. The world can be cold, harsh, pure evil. Yet, none of this can overcome true love. You have to come to terms with your past, no matter what it is.
Other people can control your body. Only you can control your spirit.

This. After that kind of abuse, women feel they deserve to get treated like crap. It takes a special man to be patient with a woman who has been raped/molested. I tell you - you really have to keep your eye on the prize and forgive her often - and you could have a jewel in the rough.
This kind of hits close to home for me too, because I've had close friends in the past that more or less had this happen to them, and even though it didn't go 'all the way' for them, it can still be pretty traumatizing, even years later. I am by no means a violent person, but if I saw some scumbag trying to have their way with someone I cared about, I'd be seriously considering reducing the world's population by '1' :P

I've met so many girls who have been raped and never told the police about it. I mean I understand it is the most embarassing thing that could happen to you, but one of the reasons so many guys probably do it is because they know that a girl won't go to the police about it. I think at least 50% of rapes are from someone a girl already knows.
I mean even if the guy doesn't end up going to jail, the police take that shit seriously. Believe me, I worked in a law office and we represented a few rapists. Even if you aren't convicted, you are probably going to sit in jail for months because the bail is so ludicrously high and not to mention you are going to have to spend in the range of $10,000 just on an attorney. You'll probably get fired from your job once they hear about it and many of the people you know will be sickened by what you did. If you go to the cops, they won't just turn you away.
I think a guy raping the girl is about the most despicable thing a person can do, and I am sickened by the fact that so many men simply don't care and will do it anyways. But girls need to fight back. If you get raped, fuck that person's world over. Once again, I know it is the most embarassing thing that could possibly happen to you, but that person will probably rape someone else too once he has gotten away with it once.

For me raping should be consider more seriously, rapist should get death penalty except in canada where even killers get two years minus one day. You probably mean sexual harassment. 1 in 3 girls will be sexually harassed in their life. Also rape is almost never about the sex. Its about power. Sex is easy. Money + back alley = there ya go.
i would hope you dont seriously think that "pretty much all chicks" get raped in their lifetime. The number is a lot higher than people think tho, cause of domesticated rape and all that jazz, but the majority of guys do not go around raping chicks everywhere they go.
