I just buy Fallout3 today and didn't play it yet, but i wanna know words from you about this game after play it.

What's the best you got ,and which's the worst.Please share your experience about this game to me.I want to read it. ;D

It´s a lot like Oblivion and I loved Oblivion.

I would like the 3rd person to function well. It works much better than in Oblivion, but it still sucks compared to 1st person. If you use VATS, it´s playable on 3rd person.

It also has a lot of bugs and I found the main story to be lacking.

It's better than oblivion because I got past the 4 hour mark. Worst part is that I forgot to save before the final turn around point in the quest so now I'm done and I can't go back to do osme things I really wanted to do.

After 12 hours in, I say its very addictive, polished,very well designed and massive game.

The graphics are awe-inspiring and the load times are small which is amazing considering so much happening in the game.

Its a dark game though (literally and metaphorically) and quite depressing at times which gives the game alot of personality.

I got it around the same time I got Fable 2. Maybe it wasn't that bad, but Fable was just so much better it overshadowed it, and the ending was pure, unadulterated crap in Fallout.

Don't listen to him, I got Fable II the week before I got FO3. 10 hours in I was done with Fable II and never wanted to re do it except to see what happens if I'm pure evil in the ending. I clocked FO3 at 33 hours and I predict that I had another 10 easily if I hadn't forgotten to save.

a BRILLIANT game with a fantastic atmosphere....setting.....so far even plot!

its one of the most most breathtaking world ever seen in a game, bar none. The atmosphere is unmatched.

but LBP arrived yesterdau so I havn't touched Fallout 3 since.....that just about says that LBP is more addictive than an RPG and overall > fallout 3

but LBP vs fallout 3 is a stupid comparison!

Fallout 3 is an experience. You'll think it's another Elder's Scroll clone, but in the end of the day, they did a fricking good job in recreating the Fallout universe in 3D!

Like EaglesEye said, the game is massive, but it's more down to the point this time around compared to a few other WRPGs they made in the past (mostly talking about Oblivion here). Sidequests are meaningful, because you'll want to explore all the areas for ammo and stuff (and you can get some perks that help you too). What I really like is the other special perks that can completely change the outcome of sidequests (Lady Killer for example). The VATS system is well done, though it can't always be good if you're looking for the best sneak experience. Oh yeah, and nothing feels more satisfying than putting a live grenade in an unexpected opponent's pants! xD

The story is way better than I imagined, and there's quite a shock near the end. If you've played the other Fallout games, maybe you'll get the same vibe from it. Oh yeah, and creating three characters is the best way to go, since... well, you'll see after the ending: one good, one neutral, and one very bad (and I mean it!)! The changes in dialogue are worth the three playthroughs.

Only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't see the game's full graphical capability because my computer sucks ass!

Quite honestly the game of the year. The atmosphere and setting in this game is second to none this year. VATS is one of the most amazing features ever.  The J man quite honestly doesnt know what your doing with your life when you have the game of the year and your not playing it.
