If the 360 gets a price cut again next year then then you know their in trouble. Cutting prices that rapidly means its a sinking ship

they'll cut the price again in a couple years, of course they are saying they won't because they want people to not be waiting for a price drop and buy it now.

Do you really belive that a console that has sold over almost 22 million already is seriously going anywhere this generation?. because if you do you are very wrong.it can shift software and acceriories like no other and the devs love it and they especially love Live and the fact they don't have to provide their own servers.

If Valhalla arrives next year (integration of the GPU and CPU into a single "superchip) expect a very big cut again and possibly a 360 slim, MS had a plan and it's working Sony may of been able to take Sega on becuase their finacial power but this is a different kettle of fish......

I don't have to believe that , they are just waiting for sony to drop the price

You guys realize the PS3 HARDLY sold till several price cuts came?
The 360 sold pretty well at It's high launch price and was very supply constrained for a good half year or more.

Anyways, I'm sure the 360 will see another price drop by next September regardless of a slimmer version down the line or not. Especially if the PS2 is still on shelves next XMas because that will most likely be $100, and *some* people will still consider a PS2 over the 360 (since games are still being made for the PS2).

I am sure there will be a 360 price cut in the fall of 09

they obviously wont cut the price again as they aint making hardly any money on xbox as it is!
