From what I've seen Halo 3 and Gears 2 can't remotely be a 10/10 in my book, too much room for improvement, I think only MGS4 may be worthy enough for a 10 as it near perfectly suits the gamers who like its genre and story driven gaming. IMO only a few other games may deserve this like Mario64, Super Mario World, God of War 2, etc.

I would wish ratings would be more down to earth though. Too many near perfect scores.
