C'mon do it! LOL

The DS is a money making machine for Nintendo. Nintendo already have 23 Million selling games on the DS, that combine for a total of 98 Million pieces of software sold; contrast that with 25 Million selling games that combined for a total of 73 Million pieces of software for Sony on the PS2 AFTER 7 YEARS.
This is just another game that shows that Japaneese gamers were not 'against' Nintendo software in the past couple of generations it was just not on popular enough hardware to sell well enough.
I think it has a lot to do with the fact that so many Japanese people have a DS.. I think something like 89% of Japanese households have one...
Either way, 10/01 can't get here quickly evough.
TP should easily do a million I reckon!
Nah, I think it will end in 500l-600k, but thats it. That`s GC and Wii version combined. PH, in contrast, should get about 1m-1.5m. I think the US reception of this game will be more important. That will decide if it outseels TP WW or not.
Kind of a pointless statement...of course a game with 6x the userbase would sell at least twice the amount...but whatever...both games rock.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
What's scary is that the bestselling Zelda game there in years was because of change, but Dragon Quest IX had go back to turn based battles because the fanbase didn't want change.
Then again, Dragon Quest has simpler gameplay, so maybe they're just lazy and didn't want DQ IX to be harder to play.
They've gone soft since the 5th gen.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
