i love it, ive been looking for a good horror game (since silent hill 2 to be honest) and ive only found fatal frame to be really scary. this one, on the other hand, wasnt as scary as i hoped- but it sure was a lot of fun to play. its more of a startle game, or just a bit jumpy- but the story is well thought out to involve the character and theres tons of cool feautures for it :) i totally recommend the game

how am i not specific? i want to talk about anything that involves dead space. do i need to write out an essay saying how and why i want to talk about it or do i give an alphabetical list of the reasons to want to talk about the game in general?

YES the space suit i what sold the game for me!! do you have all of them? ive only got up to level 5 but each one is just absolutely awesome... i cant wait to see the military one :B

oh i also forgot to mention how dead space has some resemblance to the halo series- with the flood vs the necromorphs. not gonna lie, when i first played halo, i had no idea about the flood and it totally scared the shit out of me (couldnt play halo for a few months) and i had the same eerie feeling with the necromorphs in this game. although i have to say dead space did a better job at the freaky dead things, and also the fact that you feel more vulnerable during gameplay. did you get the same idea, or was it just me?

Haven't picked up the game yet. But I plan to shortly after I get my PS3 back from SONY [if that damn this still exists...].

And yes, that suit is what sold me to the game as well. Haven't played a great survival horror game since Resident Evil 4.

Don't start the game with the free download suit, its extra slots makes the game easier.

I hated the flood the first time I saw them.
