360: it was the first HD console

Wii: I bought into the hype

Wii bought it because I have bought every Nintendo console and will get every Nintendo console as I will be guaranteed amazing quality games like Mario, Zelda, Pikmin (where is my Pikmin 3 Miyamoto?)

360 I bought cause it was only £190 for 60GB with 2 games from Fallout 3, Pro Evo, Fable, Midnight Club (I went for Fallout and Pro Evo). At that price it was too good a deal to pass up especially as there is still no sign of a new Resident Evil on Wii so would have had to get a 360 or PS3 for RE5. The Left for Dead clips I have seen also persuaded me.

Reasons for purchasing a Wii:

1) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was a launch title. Couldn't pass that up.
2) Other games like Rayman Raving Rabbids, Budokai Tenkaichi 2, and Red Steel looked like a lot of fun as well (Yeah, Red Steel... I know...)
3) It was the cheapest console at the time
4) Looked like a lot of fun with the new Remote.
5) Announced games such as Sonic Wildfire (Remember when it was called that? ) Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, the next Fire Emblem... awesome!

The new motion controls and the games that the wii have got me really interested.

Reasons for getting a Wii:
1) Zelda
2) Wii Sports
3) Super Smash Brawl
Now these and many other games came out that I fully enjoy. :D
