I'm not sure that would work. The LBP DLC on the PS Store is region locked to the disc region. Spacesuit & Halloween mask downloaded from Hong Kong store work fine on my Asian region game, but Saru costume downloaded from Japanese store doesn't work.

Maybe, but it's always possible these are different as they're downloaded with codes that were available before the discs were printed, and not downloaded directly from the PS Store.
