He said he wanted to close the Tetsuya account, which is why he kept asking to be banned, but everyone was ignoring him, so he started insulting mods lol

Kinda silly, but ... he finally got one of them to ban him. Nice to see they unbanned his new account.

He sent them a message for forgiveness lol(which is ofcourse the right thing to do)

In this case, I have to agree, Legend11. He was at least apologetic, and his previous comments prior to his tirade were fanboyish but harmless.

There are other people who have blatantly started threads like "I demand a perma-ban" as well as dish out comments like (and I quote) "Someone just fucking perma ban me." yet that person remains in this forum despite having requested permabans and being permabanned several times as well.

What are the banning/unbanning policies and why aren't mods following the rules to a T? Even previously permabanned members have to simply register for a new account and they can continue as if nothing has happened. It seems everything is very open to interpretation here. Oh well...

At least tetsuya's been unbanned with the new account. Welcome back. Again?

I prefer it when a person just makes a whole post saying goodbye to the community, claiming that he will never sign on again. Claiming he has left forever. Then, he returns. Then, he does it again. Then, he re-returns. (I heard it happened twice).

Well I prefer to see threads kept on topic rather than see them turned into flame fests but I guess we all can't have what we want. 

Sorry for asking Legend11, and this is nothing against you, but why did you come back again? I think it's been thrice you've done this - what's the motive? Pardon my curiosity, but I'm just the inquisitive sort...
