Resistance 2 got a  B+ FROM 1UP how ever metacritic gave a 83 dosent  B+ game at least mean a 86 or above

No, by metacritic's messed up scale,

A+ = 100
A = 100
A- = 91
B+ = 83.

I know it's not good.

For 1up on meta, B+ is 83, A- is 91 and A is 100.

A B- is like a 50, according to metacritic.

The lowest review for Fallout 3, according to metacritic(75/100) is from a site that gave it a B. According to that site, B is 80/100, not 75.
