This site has the worst ads of any site that i regularly visit. It is almost unusable with IE. With Firefox, it is fine.

 Yes, most attacks are run by using cross site scripts. by installing noscript, then saying allow scripts globally, the nice scripts will still run, but XSS is still enabled.

EDIT: there are better ways to do this, but for the non-technical this is the easiest yet safe enough setup.

Sure, but it cripple's the website's potential for growth. Anyone computer illiterate that gets the warning will not come back.

I'm aware of that, and I'm sure ioi is aware of that. however, a temporary fix is better than none. Plus it will protect you on other sites besides vgchartz.
