I would say Resident Evil 4.

The first scene where you go into the village was scary as heck! I was afraid many things would happen. Plus, I had surround sound on. So I was just freaking out and having goosebumps.

I bought Resident Evil: Remake on the Gamecube. I will play that and see if its scarier than Resident Evil 4.

Dewy's Adventure

I was terrified that by playing it I would turn gay but it was too much fun to put down.
