The game contains either Securom OR StarForce which is worse then Securom. Both pieces of spyware software can screw up your software, stop hardware from working properly, and can open your PC to hackers.

Avoid this game at all costs. There has been multiple reports of this game screwing up peoples PCs.

Starforce. Damn.

I have a game with Starforce, and Starforce is the only reason i'm not playing it right now.  Kickass game too.

When will publishers learn. If i give money, i don't want them to mess with my machine in ANY way other than securing normal running of the game.

And holy crap, I thought people were done with Starforce, oh well.... I was torrenting the game to see whether it is actually Fallout and whether I should buy it at all or not, but now even if it is Fallout I won't bother purchasing it either way.... Screw that.

Seems the PC and PS3 versions have some issues. 360 version has exclusive DLC. I know which version I'll be getting.

DRM is an issue usually left out of the PC verses console argument, but it's becoming a larger factor. Nobody wants a game that screws up their 1000 dollar gaming platform just by installing it.
