Anyways, I am sure that it will probably be a good game. I may miss out on some good games with my boycott but as long as some people enjoy any game then the game was meant to be!

Although watching that trailer some of those units looked pretty ridiculous. I mean why would a helicopter ever transform into a mech, and a samurai light saber troop what are they jedis? I know I am taking it a little too serious but seems that the first Red Alert the troops at least made more sense...

The units in RA were never very serious, maybe in RA1 they were mostly normal, but in RA2 they were pretty crazy (Crazy Ivan, Yuri, Chrono Legionnaire, Apocalypse, the Kirovs, the Spider Drones, Chrono Ivan, etc)

Ah I guess since I stopped playing with 1 that I never got to the more crazy units.  I have to admit though having crazy units does make it more interesting.

Who the hell cares if the game plays. Sounds like you are just making excuses to convince yourself not to buy it.

Well yeah, for me the craziest was Crazy Ivan (fitting name) which was a Soviet who could plant a bomb to anyone (building, tank and foot-soldier) and it would detonate in some seconds. The crazy thing is that if you infiltrated a spy in an Allied Tech Center you'd get the ability to build Chrono Ivans, which were the same except that they could teleportate. Of course that meant massive destruction

can not wait.. also, @seth: red alert 1 had ridiculous things too... and one is probably the best thing in the series.. tesla coils

Why would a helicopter transform into a mech? Have you seen transformers?

I want to kill myself, how could I've forgotten the Tesla Coils, those were very crazy (and they're the most awesome building of any C&C)
