Who else agrees with me?

GTAIV was a bit disapointing for some people, tiny map, very boring missions, dejá-vu feeling.

Far Cry 2 is a fresh entry for the series. It got an average rate of 8.4 according to metacritic.

Is it fair?

I remember when SCS or watever his name is said that GTA IV is the max a free world game could look visually on the PS3 and 360, then came far cry 2, and I believe it was Happysquirrel? That claimed the game barely runs on the consoles.

just a reflection of the past

and idk i dont have the game, but GTA IV with trophies= win.

Both don't deserve a 10 but Far cry 2 in my opinion deserves a higher score than it haves now average and GTA IV a lower score.

GTA4 is better than Far Cry 2, but it's not a 98.

Explain me why is better. Highlight the best moments you had, because me, playing it, almost dy of boredom.
