This is pretty much what I've been saying for months. Their products are not going to do well in a bad economy combined with thin margins. It must be really bad if they have to pre-announce this news ahead of their earnings. If it were only moderately bad, they would have just put this out with their earnings announcement.

someone will jump at the chance to buy the company, so they will assume the risk barring the support is not caned in some sort of bankruptsy hearing
