As it stands now, there's lots:
-Metal Gear Solid 4
-BioShock
-Lost Odyssey
-Tales of Vesperia
-Gears of War 1/2
-Call of Duty 4
-Ninja Gaiden 2
-Devil May Cry 4
-God of War 3
And more. Of course I can play some of those at friends, but that's very different from owning the game.

Well I will break the trend and say I Won't miss anything I want to play as I have all 3 :)
There are great great games on the 360 and PS3. And a few on the Wii, DS and PSP. If its a money issue people have, thats one thing. I totally understand that people have kids/family. Some people are still paying for schooling, and there are hard times out there. However seeing people making blanket statements like "Only PS3 has good games", shows how much your going to miss out on.
My friends consider me a Xbox fanboy as I lean towards the 360 as I like the controller a lot more, and Live is worlds better then PSN. However if I actually was a fanboy like many people on this forum seem to be towards I would have never played Uncharted, Motorstorm, Superstardust, etc and missed out on those great games. Some of my favorites this generation
Too many to count them ... 
Not because I don't want to buy console X or Y. I don't have enough time to play all of them. I can't play all great games on mine 360 to carry about games on other systems.

I didn't even touch IU. The problem is that I still have to beat LO and after that, I want to take a small break from JRPGs to play a WRPG called Fable 2. Then, when I decide to try a JRPG again, The Last Remnant will be released. Besides, I have acknowledged that ToV is considered to be a great game.
Wii games. I own PS360 so no losses there.
I won't ever regret not having a wii. what am i missing? Mario Kart and Wii fit. Mario Kart i can play on my gameboy and Wii fit...well i have a treadmill downstairs.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Legend of Zelda: Twlight Princess, and any other Metroid or Zelda game on the Wii. I probably wont own a Nintendo console this generation, too many other games to play on PS360.

Depends on price drops, rental availability and mate's trusting me enough not to break things, but Assa C., Bioshock, GOW, MGS4 are games i regret not playing yet.
