what can they do in one week too fix the issue?

the delayed release is just giving it mega attention.

ok if this goes on BBC news it may sell a few thousand extra copies....but if nothing like that happense....its a genuine move

A better way to get attention would be to release the game anyway. Look at how GTA did with "Hot Coffee"...

I haven't seen any promotion for lbp yet.

But my point is :

how can they fix all discs in one week...?

It wastes money. Are they gonna have to throw away the disks they already made and they have been advertising the game and people will get mad if they didn't hear about the delay and the game is not at the store plus they'll probably have to spend more money on adverting. Media Molecule wanted to just patch the disks but Sony decided to just pull the games off the shelves, it would have been easier to just patch the game.
