what the hell? 360 got exclusive advertising for pes 2009. plus with the install base at double the ps3's in the uk, this comes at a huge surprise. ironically, fifa 09 got exclusive advertising on ps3 but sold better on 360.
I've added UK in first post. Any comments or suggestions about format of UK chart are welcome.

Had a feeling PES PS3 had a chance to be #1 in UK after seeing how close FIFA was and with the PS3 version of PES having better support for option files. There was already a Premiership option file available for PS3 before the actual game had even been officially released.
Halo 3 software numbers are a good indication of the hardware numbers the Xbox 360 pulls. So expect a boost for Xbox 360 sales this week.

Surprising ,this must be the first time a big release on both HD consoles in UK has the PS3 version with the upper hand...

it could be that or the fact that halo 3 is being bundled everwhere with the arcade version now.
