I did really like last year's version, this one lends itself much more to methodical play, whereas in the last one I could counter attack to get all my goals, I am going to need to spend some time to perfect my team

It depends on what were you expecting from the game. If you were expecting a fast paced game where you could score a lot of goals, then 2008 was the perfect version for you. I usually demand my PES (in fact, any football game) to be the most realistic as possible, so I didn't like that I could always pick a full back and sprint forward and no one would stop me. This one, as far as I've played, seems to have corrected that, making the game more tactical and less impulsive, and I'm all in for that. I maybe will post a thread in some days where I'll analize both PES 2009 and FIFA 09 and compare the versions in every detail, it's something I've been wanting to do.

Pes seems to favor the sony family... Fifa is more balanced...

Wow, Wii Fit @ No 1 in New Zealand for the second week in a row, and Wii Play @ No 2.

It looks like things are beginning to turn around here in this loyal Sony territory.

Nintendo have really started to ramp up advertising. I see Wii and DS ads on tv all the time, Xbox and PS3, not so much.

Well I think it is too methodical, and your attackers lose the ball soooooo easily, but I am sure I will get used to it soon
