By the way it looks like the PS3 is going to have three new +9 games released on one day (Bioshock, LBP and Far Cry 2).

Buy this game and eternal Sonata and an Xbox 360 for $240 rather than paying $120 for just two new games.

This game is getting scores that are way too high, IGN UK gave the game a 9.4 and uncharted an 8.4 and both games got the same score for graphics. Uncharted blows the shit out of this ugly UE game. Bioshock is a mid 8 game at most.

Hmm.... a lower score to punish 2K for "porting over" a number of technical issues and even outright glitches from the 360 version.  As to graphics:

"This can also be said about some of the visuals within the game, which have received a number of enhancements, but also suffer from older, less impressive texture work. 2K Games went out of their way to make sure that the larger capacity of the Blu-Ray was used to implement higher resolution textures across the title, as well as improve some of the in-game cutscenes. For the most part, you'll see these appear as a slightly sharper Rapture across the board, and you'll be able to pick up some features that look better than on the 360, such as pools of water or neon signage. However, there does appear to be a strange mix of the older textures scattered in the title as well, so you'll find quite a lot of texture pop in that will occur as you move through levels. This isn't solely as you load up a new level; this can occur even as you move through a section. It doesn't ruin the game's beauty in the slightest, but it does stand out as a bit of a sore thumb."

I want monopoly

Three of those games look amazing, two look very good, four look good and the other two are just offensively horrible.

Can you guess which is which (in my opinion) ?

Not to mention that Dead Space could hold onto 90 on metacritic, and Fallout 3 and Pacific Rift are likely to see 90+ as well (especially since IGN gave the original buggy and pretty bad MotorStorm an 8.9)

Drifting back on topic, why does metacritic refuse to update?

I know I'm being impatient, but I would like to see the PS3 version of a game have a higher metascore than the 360 version (even if it is for 10 minutes).
