i dont have bioshock for X360, is the version for PS3 gonna have anything special about it?

So i got resistance, but was very disappointed by it. Maybe im jaded by Call of Duty 4 or something, but it seemed very bland and run of the mill type of shooter, haha. but thats purely my opinion.

Im definitely planning on Ratchet and Clank and Uncharted. Right now currently working on Dead Space for PS3.

have to admit, ive been preferring my PS3 lately, but mainly i think because its new. And at the moment the picture and sound quality are better because i have it hooked up via HDMI and Optical Audio compared to my Xbox's component cables.

Bioshock PS3 has an extra difficulty and several challenge rooms

Compared to God of War, Heavenly Sword is a piece of crap.

Well, i do agree in some way the game is not that great but the acting and action was fun. Only thing bad was it was toooooo short and the enemies were like floating and even glitching at times. Their corpses weighed like paper! that was the only part I didn't like when I walk over their dead bodies... they start moving like they are still alive and you want to go back and hit them thinking they will get back up but they are already dead.........ughh...........

The best part in that game was the arrowtime where you shot an arrow and get to control the arrow like if it was a bullet and use the motion sensor to tilt till it directly hits the enemy. That was something that God Of War didn't have.

I would recommend to get Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Gran Turismo 5: Prologue.

If your into racing games or cars, please give Gran Turismo 5: Prologue a spin. It's worth the $40, it might be a demo of the future full release but its worth considering the wealth of cars and stuff. Only gripe you cannot tune your cars in this game.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is just like Tomb Raider but soooo much better. Just give that game a shot. It's worth your time and admission. It's a 6 hour game according to some PS3 users that played the game. Other than that I'm on Chapter 4 and loving every single moment of the game!

@ ecurbj, you can tune the cars in GT 5 P, you just have to unlock S-class events


As for Uncharted's length, I have now done 70% of the game on my second playthrough (normal difficulty) and it has taken me 5 hours, so it is more of a 7 hour game, but it is absolutely incredible

I would reccomend you the following :


Online multiplayer :

Warhawk and SOCOM ,just choose if you prefer something more tactical and down to earth as SOCOM or something as Warhawk with lots of vehicules ,jet packs ,force fields etc.

Survival Horror:

Siren Blood Curse ...this is one of the best survival games this gen,but maybe you would prefer to wait for the multiplattform Dead Space .

Racing

Motorstorm is cheap and great fun but will be shortly superseded by its sequel ,Gran Turismo 5 Prologue has lots of content for a "Prologue" and has some of the best graphics ever .Wipeout HD is cheap and amazing ...

Beat them up

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is an absolute classic ,Heavenly Sword is a great game but a bit short.I would prefer to those two Devil May Cry 4 ,though ,although it would be a close call between this and NGS.If you dont mind importing ,Yakuza Kenzan is also a very good brawler .

Casual games

Buzz is the best quizz games out there ,hands down .Singstar is the best karaoke game and you can customize your playing list by downloading only what you like from the Singstar Store.

FPS

Resistence 1 was a great buy 2 years ago.Now you can get it very cheap and theres still a big community playing it.You better wait for the sequel though.

RPG

The weak spot of the PS3 library ,still you can get in few days the amazing Valkyrie of the Battlefield .Folklore is also a good buy ,some people absolutely adore it ,but it may not be for all tastes.

Action

Uncharted and Metal Gear Solid 4 are the absolute winners here .Both are between the best this generation has offered yet.

Puzzle

In the PSN you can get Eco Chrome ,The Last Guy and Puzzle Quest ...the later has all the add ons of the Live version included and makes for a very good strategy game.Eco Chrome is smart and unique ,but not for everybody ..theres demo you can try it and then decide .

Plattform

Ratchet and Clank and its downloadable sequel Quest for Booty ,and of course the brilliant LBP in some days.

Considering you already have MGS4 and you are only interested in exclusives I would say :

If you don't buy Uncharted, you will really regret it, it is such an awesome game
