The wii has much more games than those that you have stated, but the action adventure epic games, also known as hardcore games there arent much really that the wii has, but most of the games are fun. The wii has about the same amount of ps3 games 40 or 45.

 I was actually just listing the games that are widely considered good (going outside my own opinion, I don't like all the games on that list and there are games not on that list I like).

GTA4 isnt graphically as good as driver is currently and driver is already out.

Ninty won't put a price cut any time soon because they want to avoid causing riots and the breakdown of society. A cheaper Wii will mean fighting and bloodshed in the store aisles for the console. Ninty does not want blood on their hands.

Seriously though, like others have said, Ninty won't do a price cut until it wants to do a price cut. Even if Sony and MS do price cuts, it doesn't mean Ninty will do one. Its more likely that Ninty will do a price cut when Wii popularity dies down. Or maybe they'll keep the same price point and add more stuff to the package (like someone else suggested).

I can't wait for Ninty to get the Wii at a $150 price point. There will be mass havoc and hysteria at that point. MS and Sony execs will be CRYING TEARS OF MERCY at that point.

What I want Ninty to do is release a Wii Wand 3-pack bundle. The Wii is such a perfect group console but it can get pricey buying multiple wands and nunchucks.

Also, it would be an absolutely bad idea for Ninty to stop shipping the pack-in game with the Wii. They would only save like $2 at most by no longer shipping it. Its a perfect game for the Wii to be packed with. And who would want to by this at retail anyway? Its like almost like a demo disc.

The Wii is starting to slow down.. the 3 Walmarts near me all have about 10 Wiis a piece but sold out of PS3.

Why do people post anecdotes to back their sales forecasts? There is practically no way to show that a trend in town A is similar to town B. Not to mention we have next to no reason to believe that you are telling the truth.

By your logic I can counteract your anecdote by saying "At the walmarts near me there are no Wii stocked and around 10 PS3's a piece."

Is it true?

Do you have any reason to trust that my word is valid?

For those who can't wait for the answers, they are yes, no, and no.

Perhaps in the future you should choose a week to say there is a slowdown when the Wii weekly hardware sales aren't on the rise according to this site....just a thought.

You can't really win with some people. If they see them in the stores, Nintendo is doomed because their sales are slowing. If the shelves are empty, Nintendo is doomed because they can't make enough.

I hate anecdotal evidence.
It seems all PS3 fanboys always see heaps of Wiis everywhere and all Ninty boys always see no Wiis anywhere.

Personally Ill just use that tracking site which shows it has approximately the same availability in the USA as in March.
