OK then, so it is boring. I'm guessing Samba is fun though. So Samba was underrated in this case.

Shaking maracas looks fun to me but so did knocking down block buildings so I don't know. I'm confused.

 Well, you said Boom Blox looks like sin. But I know that Samba is very polished, so maybe the presentation would enhance your experience and make the game feel as fun as it looks.

Yeah,  but honestly the controls are more important to me then the way the game looks.  If the game played perfectly and looked like it does I would be more forgiving.   

I only brought them up because you were claiming it was a bad game. I was pointing out that most people would disagree.

I'm not trying to force you to like it. I really don't care. The only thing I've been trying to say is just because you didn't like it doesn't make it bad overall. Bad to you, yes. Bad in general, no.

I'm done posting though. I feel like we're arguing about two different things here, and I don't want to take up the whole thread.

Now that you got a review of the game out, are you going to stop bringing it up randomly for the sole purpose of slamming on it?

Anyway, I'm almost glad some people dislike it. I don't have the money for it and Wii Music/ToS is comin (which easily takes priority).

I dunno amp, I personally didn't experience the problems you did. I thought the controls were fine, and I never really got bored with the game (disclaimer: I only got to play it for a few hours). Perhaps it gets stale after a few hours, but those first few hours were good times for me.

well like i said i only played the 1 player mode for like a minute and then decided against it as it seemed you couldn't just select which type of game you wanted to play and which level (unlike the case for multiplayer). The chances that I would ever go back to the single player to play it and find out how decent it is are non existent as there are many other games I would much rather play. Until your review I did not even remember I owned the game.  So I can't really say what I think the single player would be like.

What I would say is that the multiplayer isn't too bad at least for an 1 hour at a time. Anything over that and it starts to get boring. It's the quality of the multiplayer that makes me give the game an 8. No matter how crap the single player is I wouldn't mark it down for that because if I don't like the single player I just wouldn't play it. I am treating that as an added extra to the game that can only bring the scores down not up. Much like how the ability for a 2nd player to help out in Mario Galaxy is just an added bonus and can't make me give the game a 9.9 instead of the 10.1 it deserves (although I mark it down to 10.0 for spring Mario which is the most annoying thing ever and a part of the game you have to deal with).

Hmmm. Good question.  I'll get back to you on that.  Trust me.  It is a bad game.
