If you check my profile, I've been refuned on 2 games. Basically it is for any game that doesn't chart correctly that I can't fix. Essentially it is only for when a game gets delayed, but there could be other reasons, which we had 1 other reason already.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
