NO ONE said Resistance 1 only sold one million.

It was a sales prediction in the US for Resistance 2. Will it only sell a million or will the game catch on and sell 3-4 million? That's what was said. And that wasn't pachter, is the VG trailers guy.

OK, below is exact quote, and it was from Shane from gametrailers. He was talking about if the weapons which the rachet & clank creators are famous for will catch on with casual players, making the game a huge hit this christmas instead of a smal hit.

Maybe he was talking about Us sales only for R1, and i dont think Gears 2 will sell 8 million.
