I've heard some unpleasant stories about working at NoA (nothing compared to the ones I hear about working at MS, in the game division, however), but I hear the folks over at their HQ store (they have their headquarters in Redmond, WA) are downright awesome.

Replaced a buddy of mine's Wii (it broke in some manner which I forget) when he took it in... right there and then. Just took the old one, handed him a new one and smiled. They didn't even ask him how it broke. This was back when they were *really* hard to come by, too.
