Forums - Sony - Tenchu 4 going multiplatform? PSP version comming?

So what's the difference between losing an exclusive to a handheld than losing it to a home console. Losing FF13 is far more laughable and terrible. MH3 is even worse since it directly switched platforms, wasn't made multiplat.

well if people "assume" without facts....its not my problem. I am just stating facts.....Ps3 lost no exclusives to the DS....simple as that

 

 

Final Fantasy 7 was never announced for the N64, yet Nintendo had 1-6 exclusively on Nintendo consoles, there is not one person who will argue against Nintendo "losing" Final Fantasy to Sony. You have to look at it in a different way.

Playstation exclusively had the more recent Dragon Quest Games on Ps2, (6-8? I'm not sure). Now I'm sure you would expect the 9th one to be on PS3 since the series is exclusive to Playstation? No it's announced for DS instead, essentialy Sony lost Dragon Quest to DS like Nintendo lost Final Fantasy to Playstation.

If MGS4 was never announced for the PS3, but Xbox 360 instead, I would consider that another lost exclusive, MGS 1-3 all exclusive to Playstation, but all of a sudden MGS4 appears on 360 with no mention of a Playstation version? definately a lost exclusive.

If you had a third party exclusive franchise on your system, and a new installment appears exclusively on another, you lost it. No way to spin that.

Common... I have to agree with darth on this one... loosing an exclusive for the PSP is pretty sad... it is the system that most people make fun of just for heaving bad software sales, so yeah...

Wii is not selling hardcore games well enough? That might be just it ;) ( sarcasm alert, for anyone who didnt get it ... ).

As for the title... eh... I refuse to put any credibility in any site that has the word "fanboy" right in the title.

Could the PSP run the game even from the shots shown?

Either way.  PSP had a resurgence in japan... which i'd assume is where this game does it's most numbers.

The psp is capable of doing more things than the ps2, the only thing that limits it is the UMD.

Well from what Ive seen Tenchu 4 is not a technology marvel... so I dont think that it couldent be done on the PSP ;)

It can't be done on the PSP in the current form , so stop fooling yourself.
A late port could be happening though.

yes it can, its not even pushing polygons too much.

 

lesser some shaders and bang it runs on the psp.

This is weird though.

Now instead of PS2 and Wii sharing games, PSP and Wii will.

It already started with Death Jr. A year 1 PSP title, and now this. lulz.
