This seems a pretty good way to just kill the no-rumors thing.

Would the internet implode if it were announced for the Wii? People automatically assume the PS3 because of that technical demo, but I don't take it as any indication that that's where the game would be headed.

I'd rather have a FF6 remake for the wii personally as FF6 was the best FF ever!

FF6 was remade for PS1 wasn't it ? it wasn't a "port", because afaik it got CG sequences and stuff

Nah, that was a port from... I don't actually remember. I own Final Fantasy Anthology, though. And Chronicles, whee FFIV was released alongside Chrono Trigger. Those don't count.

We've been going through a cycle of remakes in the FF series - FF1 and FF2 for the PSP, FF3 and FFIV for the DS.... I'd expect at least FFFV to also hit for the DS, but we'll see.
