Another note, from your list, only Arc Rise Fantasia and the new tales game (proof) are up to par. Monster Hunter? that's not in any way deep. Oboro? Is that even going outside fo Japan?

As for Wii PES vs HD PES, ratings or intuitive controls don't decide, What decides is how real the experience the consoles deliver. Neither one is gonna deliver a physical experiece of true football, so they might as well make it a graphical one. Here the HD versions win.

you're joking right?  I mean it's not as bad as those two, but certainlly I wouldn't call the majority of these people "civil".  I can sum up the hate pretty easy... Nintendo calls Mario Cart hard core... if you can't see how that's shows how far gone they are from the core gamer than nothing will.  I've never dislike a Ninendo peice of hardware except the N64... and maybe a little bit ont he Virtual Boy, but Nintendo's ideology pushes me away from getting a Wii to compliment my 360... I'll probably end up get my PS3 first.  That's just how I view it though... so take it how you will

first of all Hard core is not the same as core..

and mario cart is a 'bridge' game..that's what nintendo called it..

That's a ridiculous thing to say about PES. That argument boils down to "graphics are more immersive than controls" which is based entirely on opinion. You can use that argument against ANY game to "prove" why the HD versions are better.

Is it really so hard to admit the Wii version of this one game is superior to the HD versions? I guess so, because then you'd be admitting that graphics aren't always everything.
