I can't get over the thread title. I tried to....I saw that everyone else had written something. But every time I see it I just think,....how the hell did that happen? You must have been damn excited to post this thread.

Truly a masterpiece--I had a smile and little tears of joy in my eyes throughout the entire ride. I keep meaning to go back and finish it with Luigi, but every time I play it I end up starting a new game just to experience all the beauty from the beginning.

Cant wait to get the game waiting for a price cut how long can it stay at $50.00

i don't think its like Halo 3 and GTA4. This Galaxy's black hole is still sucking them in. No discount neccessary, but i have noticed that in the UK games like Zelda have STILL not dropped in price. IN oz, SMG is still only about 20% less than the original price.

It's Ok for a mario game. I would give it a 9.2. It has some great parts, some crap parts, and a lot of pretty good parts.

SMG is a very good game, i have it and am enjoying it, its got the best wii grafix and sound.

but best game this gen so far is MGS4

?  You don't own a Wii Xman.  It doesn't matter what price it comes to....you still won't get it.

Trust me...it's worth full-price....and doesn't need a discount.

The brilliance of Galaxy is in it's flawless controls and impeccable level design. It truly is 3D platforming perfection. What stops it from being my game of the generation is that it doesn't instill a sense of wonder in me. It doesn't amaze me like or take me out of my living room like something like a Metal Gear or Metroid or Grand Theft Auto. But that's just me.
