Nariko, Aya, Sakura, and Rikku are all good :D
For me, a cute face with fitting hair is all I need (besides a decent body, I don't like fat at all. There musn't be alot of lovehandle before I think it's too much).
Going by those criteria, Nariko is the only one on your list that passes.
But this picture is a lot better for me, than the one you have 
Even so, there are very little women I have come by in gaming I would consider to be really hot, so I could never do a top 10 I would be satisfied with.

Nariko is the only "acceptable" one on the list for me. I'm not so sure about Aya cos the graphics are too bad in PE1 to determine what she really looks like but she's very pretty facially. Rikku is way too petite for me. Chun-li in SF4 is the only game girl that's more geared towards my tastes lol.

Sakura and Rikku are the ones for me :D
As for Nariko, I don't think there's a man alive that could handle her... the only one that could comes from a videogame as well... and that's Dante :P
