N1 damage control "LOL Mature".

I don't get why people can't say stuff like "The 360 had a nice week". Even if u have a PS3 and try to support sony, just admit one good week...

I have no problem to admit that wii is kicking ass this gen, although I don't like it that much.

Wii as good as usual, Xbox360 doing well, can't wait for NA numbers. PS3 got some issues.Sony should really cut the price again.

After a world wide price reduction 360 numbers should be much better. These numbers would be nice if there wasn't any factor other than games. But major cuts and games should relate it in better sales.

umm dude....i don't know if you noticed, but their is major economic crisis going on in the world. I think people are little more worried about other things, then dropping money on a leisure item.

So how do you explain the Ps3 selling anything compared to the xbox...

@DRock: You're a new guy, so I'll warn ya now--don't bother with him.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Boo hoo I put words in his mouth and was proved wrong" is all I got from you here.

no one is really buying either. they both are pretty much tied this week. in a perfect world they both should be selling like hotcakes, but they're not. dont' expect a big holiday from either.

But your excuse for the 360 not selling is because people are being cautious with their money. But if that were true the Ps3 wouldn't even come close to the 360 weekly because its so much more expensive. No matter what you want to believe it really is demand. The 360 is low in demand and the price drop was suppose to create some. It hardly did and it will settle back to normal levels in the next few weeks

It might have something to do with PS2 selling over a 100 million+++ consoles and growing...you...brand ID...and what not.  Seems to be a way things work...ie...M$ Office and Windows dominating the market....intel Dominating the market...google do.....oh nevermind.

we still haven't gotten the numbers from America so i can't really make a statement regarding that, but it looks to have made some sort of demand in Japan. not so much in Europe, but europeans have it out for Microsoft anyways lol.

now personally i'm going to buy another xbox but not until the new dashboard is out.

The NA numbers hardly matter. People were saying "Just wait for full week of data this is only a couple days" And then full week of data showed a drop. This week will most likely drop too. The original spike was probablly the people who were going to buy one a couple weeks ago but waited to save money. This all goes into the numbers not being impressive right after the ww drop. People wanted and expected it to be more or else no one would have said "wait for the full week"
