What exactly is the (# new) thing on the front page? It always always seems to just have the number of posts. Is it not completely working yet?

@Stever89.. the "new" number represents the number of new posts made in that thread since the last time you viewed it.

@Talonman, excellent modification.

@Talonman again. Could the "new posts" featurebe added to the "Forum posts" history on the left of every page?... that way I could see if I need to revisit certain threads, rather than what I do now which is open a new tab for each one, and close the ones that are still the same.

Yeah - I could do something for that. The point of this functionality though is for just that purpose though. You can view your posts and see EVERY thread you've been involved in and what's gone on since you were last there...

...I'll work something up for the left panel though.

I understand that yes, but going into My profile and scrolling down to click the view posts link is a hassle, I mean it takes all of 10 seconds, way too long for the age of teh intarnetz.
