VersusEvil said: Plat #92 - Dark Souls SoTFS (PS4) Well that was 68hrs of mixed emotions. Had to play up to NG++ and it was the first time I had built a unarmed (460 DMG output) and bow (Dragon Rider - 560 DMG) build. Going through all DLC's (which are 3 of the worst DLC's in the Souls series imo) and through a full new game with nothing but fists, smacking The Rotten in the face up to NG++++++++++++(13) for my 3m souls needed for the Shrine of Winter skip in NG++ felt incredibly satisfying!! But ... The sheer amount of farming this game requires (I played fully offline) was exhausting. farming Sunlight medals for Rank 3 Sun Bros, farming Mad Warrior for Rank 2 Bell Keepers, doing all 3 chalice dungeon esc areas for Pilgrims of The Dark that ended with what I found hands down the hardest boss (Darklurker) took it out of me. Farming to rank 3 of Champions Covenant for my Vanquisher seal (That was the backbone of my build) wasn't to bad tho. This game was a mixed bag for me, I didn't like the artificial difficulty or the terrible enemy hit detection (fuck the falconers too death) SoTFS had some weird changes aswell. That was a long near 70hrs and I'm taking a long break from anything souls.

damn, I needed like 200+h to do all that ..
atleast it sounds like I had a bit more fun, as I thought the DLC was great (but fuck the Ice-ponies) and I liked the game overall, although on average the level design is quite shitty and several bosses are pretty boring
