My take is that we must have been put here by a higher power. What that power is, I can't say.

How can there possibly be evidence to prove that something does not exist, if it doesn't exist? There's a giant rabbit behind your back, except, only I can see it, and it's only tangible to me. And it's bright yellow, and it shoots rainbows out of its eyes. I have no evidence to support this, but you have to no evidence to say that doesn't exist. Therefore, I'm fine, and what I'm saying must be the truth, until you disprove my statement with evidence.*

Exactly. There is really no evidence either way. I am more inclined to believe that there is no god, because most evidence points to the fact that he was a human invention to explain the unexplainable. That doesn't mean he does not exist, there is really no evidence to support either argument, making the issue a bit ridiculous.
I believe in God.

Am on the unsure.... leaning more towards the no....
Some how it feels like humans created God as a way to answer the questions that they don't understand... or the need to believe in something or someone much greater than them is control.
But when I hear of hell's torture it almost gets me thinking about this:
"I'd rather believe in God, die, and find out that he isn't real. Than to not believe, die, and find out that he is......"
I forgot where I read that......
