this doesn't mean sales wise... I'm gonna have to Say LBP, it's the only game coming out that looks like it will actually bring some freshness to the table... Gears, Resistance, Fable... all more of the same...

I think Dead Space has a chance to create a totally new horror game genre fanbase, and I believe it will be a hidden gem of this Holiday season.

By popularity, Gears of War 2 will obviously win this spot. And on the reviewers side, Fallout 3 will win it.

It's hard for me. Besides a PC, all I have are Nintendo systems, so I doubt my answer will be the best.

I'll go out on a limb and say Wario Land and Mega Man 9. These games are changing everything in a different way. MM9 by making a retro game (literally) and Wario Land for returning to it's roots and showing how platforming can be done on a console in this day and age.

LBP looks good too, and I'd get it if I had a PS3. There are some cool games on the 360, but none I'd consider OMG amazing (namely becuase it's been done before).

Mega Man 9, then Disaster Day of Crisis

Depending on its release date and if it qualifies i'd say Animal crossing.
