It's hard for me. Besides a PC, all I have are Nintendo systems, so I doubt my answer will be the best.
I'll go out on a limb and say Wario Land and Mega Man 9. These games are changing everything in a different way. MM9 by making a retro game (literally) and Wario Land for returning to it's roots and showing how platforming can be done on a console in this day and age.
LBP looks good too, and I'd get it if I had a PS3. There are some cool games on the 360, but none I'd consider OMG amazing (namely becuase it's been done before).
