They also took off Code Geass[not literally], The only Anime they are currently showing is Bleach...and FMA but thats old.

BRING BACK SHIN CHAN

Adult swims schedules rotates every few weeks. You can actually watch a new episode of Shin Chan every week on www.adultswim.com. No need to worry about them getting rid of. It will probably be put back into rotation some time soon.

Oh and I looked for the original shows on the intial toonami and it was Thundercats, Voltron and Johnny Quest, with Birdman and Space Ghost cartoons inbetween the shows. Looks like I was right =).

I stopped watching Cartoon Network when they changed their symbol to CN. That's when the crappy shows were overwhelming. I was also introduced to anime by Toonami, tough not as big a fas as the others I still enjoy it form time to time. TV back in the day was so much better. Outside of The Wire there has not been a single show worth watching in the past 5 years on TV. Toonami's Midnight Run was definetly my favorite of all.

Why are they taking down Toonami anyways?

I loved toonami. Tom and his ever changing shape was awesome. Then I went to Japan without cable and came back 4 years later and Cartoon network sucks.

What happened?

I loved Cartoon network, now its shows are just complete garbage.

Eh Toonami was so so...it was all about staying up for Adult Swim and watching Cowboy Bebop and Trigun.

Anybody else who used to watch Ninja Robots on Cn(about 10-12 years ago , i think)?
I really loved the show but it never got a rerun later
Also yeah, new Dexter and Popeye sucked big time

I remember when it first aired. Thundercats, Voltron, and Johnny Quest were a nice start. Sailor Moon, Robotech (2nd saga), Reboot, Gundam Wing, and Zoids all came later and it was great.

How times have changed.
