Dead Rising is not complete. It's dishonest to compare it to complete games until it itself is completed.
And Dead Rising is not to make a quick buck. It's being made to try to give the Wii some more games ASAP. That may seem like the same thing, but remember they admitted they got caught with their pants down with the Wii's success. That's not a quick buck. That's an emergency run into a market they ignored at first.
Monster Hunter 3 is going to take a while. Dead Rising is based on a completed game, so they know they can afford to get it out sooner, but they also need it out sooner.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs
Those screens are a bit meh, but not bad. Looks like this might be the first wii-title I could like. :D

Yeah, the last generation was pretty neat, but I think your memory tricks you a little there.
FF XII:

On topic, the screens are pretty good. Nice art style, neat environment. Capcom is awesome.

A bit "meh" compared to what? Have you ever played a Wii game? If so, these screens are anything but "meh", and you should know this.
For a Wii game I guess it's looking pretty good.I like the way that the city looks but the other enviroments are "meh" .

Not "for a wii game"
The game looks good. The end.
