Nice debut for Dragon Ball Origins:

I was expecting better number for Eternal Sonata, being a highly anticipated game for the PS3 this month.

so the port of a 1 year old game that bombed......also bombed

ES had a small first week, but could sell 40k first week. Don't know how much people expected out of a year old game of an average game. I think people expected too much of it >_>

Good thing I knew this would do horrible, thus was prepared. After playing the 360 version last year, I would never play it again.

I figured ES would do 35k to 40k for the week and judging by first day sales. I may end up being pretty dead on.

so not only will it not outsell the 360 version LTD first week like many predicted, it is less than likely to outsell the 360 version ever. Still, i thought the hype was too high for this, not outselling the 360 version doesn't make it a failure at all to me, just that is what many were predicting.

360 sold 47K in first week in JAP.. then dropped to very low sales.

on the other hand once again Europe may help PS3 versions win
