After reading this I got kind of excited and I see that many posters did as well.  After reading this would you reevaluate the potential of this game as system seller if marketed correctly?

Also did this make you change your own mind about purchasing the game?

I'm going on a limb and saying a million at least in the first week.  I think it has that potential.

i think fable 2 will sell around 1.5mil to 2 mil during its 1st week and its lifetime sales will be around 4-5 mil.

It'll be interesting, to say the least, in terms of sales. Easily the best selling console RPG this gen, just outside of Final Fantasy XIII on any given one console.

I think 3m is a minimum, but it could sell up to 5m if it did everything right.

just saw your thread... 2.5 mil preorder... so 3mil isn't to far off ... maybe by the end of the year even... it was the best selling game on the original that didn't have the name Halo

Yeah, I think this one will do good saleswise. At the least it should outsell the first Fable, and depending on how good it is, it could become a bigger hit than expected.

Yeah, and that was amazing given the fact that Fable sucked for the most part.

I really liked it and so did my ex-gf son... he played it and played it... he cried when I put him to bed... and 8yr old... crying over Fable

I'll be getting it. I expect about 4m.

By the way, this site states that Fable sold about 2,6mil.
