I didn't see that. I just took a guess. D looked like it made the most sense.
New riddle?

New riddle?

What appears once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years?

This thread has inspired me to pull out my favorite college book. "Problem Solving Through Recreational Mathmatics" here is cryptarithmetic problem for ya. All it is, is a division problem with the numbers replaced by letters, and most of the lines left blank. All you have to do is figure out what number each letter represents. This problem is categorized as a "very hard" problem.

note for above post, the stupid thing underlined everything on me, and I can't edit to fix it. :-/
so each dash is where a number belongs

here is another great puzzle
1) Start with VG
2) If you possess a string whose last letter is G, you can add an C at the end
3) If you have Vx you can add Vxx to your collection
Example: (VGC => VGCGC)
4) if you have GGG you can replace that with C
5) If you have CC you can drop it
6) Find a way to get VC

@ the first one... ones daughter, ones a mom and one a grandma!!
