Forums - Nintendo - Super Mario Kart and... The new hardcore Wii games of E3

TGS or E for All, perhaps.

I'm disappointed that Disaster wasn't shown, personally.

They really didn't showed anything for 08, except by mario kart wii and wii fit (wii fit will be 07 on japan tho)

Great to know, thanks, at least I don't have an excuse around the holiday's for getting some weight :D

And like I said before, the most stuff will most likely hit the Tokyo Game Show and also are being announced by 3rd party developers.

This profile is no longer in use, see my other profile *~Onna76~*

maybe Nintendo will show em at the TGS considering they don't normally make an appearance there?

So they held some projects off to show then?

When is TGS?

It's beautiful how this thread is essentially a thinly veiled excuse to say: "Oh Nintendo? I thought you were at E3 too? No new games? No hardcore games? I thought you said you were going to have hardcore games. PS3 had hardcore games, but I guess you don't. Oh well, maybe next year. "

I'm just curious what other hardcore games Nintendo mentioned that they're bringing out next year. The reason is I was just thinking about that Play Magazine article I posted on here awhile back(http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=3480) and I'm wondering if he has been proven right or not.

Bungie said that halo 4 is coming to the Wii. And that the 360 sucks.

Also, Nintendo doesn't need to announce games for 2008. They can sell every console they produce, without even mentioning that any other games will ever come out for it.

stfu you damn troll.

Stop trolling and talking out of your ass.

You better watch your language ckmlb, it was pretty clear he was ironic.

I see... So unlike previous years where they mentioned multiple games like SSBB, SMG, and MP:3 they didn't do that this year so far?

If you noticed, this approach was taken by pretty much all. Microsoft stated that they were only showing what was coming this year, and Sony only showed Killzone 2/MGS 4 for next year... both of which have been shown for a longgg time.

As we can see E3 has changed... I think the big three are keeping their best stuff for their respectives show like X07, Sony's event next week and the Space World from Nintendo ( I have the intuition this rare sow is coming this year ) or for other show that are growing really fast like TGS.

Gamertag : Dark Red Icarus

Gamerscore : 29000!!!! still growing

PSN ID : Gamer9851

Now Playing : Soul Calibur 4 and World of Warcraft

Id make a strong case SMK is not hardcore at all. Thats a pick up and play party game for the whole family imo. It doesnt matter what nintendo offers for the "typical" gamer of the past, those days are over, the Playstation and xbox came in and swept the "typical" gamer off their feet for the last 2 generation and nintendo was left in the dust, nintendo evolved and theyre making a shitload of money because of it, they are tapping the untapped incredibly casual market while still clinging to a bit of the hardcore nintendo devotees. Nintendo isn going to be offereing "hardcore" games anymore, by this time next year youll see a small handful but nintendo will be raking in money from people who have been left out ofthe videogame circle for 12 years.

there was ALOT of games missing from the E3 show that we know about, I wonder why the choose not to show them, what are they waiting for?
