I was actually thinking how cool a 2d DK game would be a few days ago. I'd really like to see that happen.

Pikmin 3, F-Zero, Kid Icarus and a bunch of stuff nobody saw coming. I wouldn't mind a Punch-Out somewhere in there too.

if they reuse the super mario galaxy engine to make an smg sequel.. i think it could possibly be ready for release by the end of next year (if they started when smg finished)..

other than that, i'd like to see zelda, pikmin and star fox.. also some more games to get the 2d treatment, such as DK and metroid

For 09? Legend of Zelda, Pikmin 3. Punchout IF that rumor was true. Kid Icarus if Factor 5 are actually working on it (I know it's 2nd party but wtfe).

F-Zero and/or Star Fox are possible, but I wouldn't hold my breath to be honest.
