Oh please. Nobody ever said that. There are peope that say the Wii version will outsell the PS3 version, which isn't that long a stretch considering Madden 08 Wii nearly outsold the PS3 version.

If NPD is right, Madden 09 Wii bombed and will never outsell the PS3 version. If VGChartz is right, Wii version will outsell the PS3 version easily.

NPD seems to defy logic these days. Wouldn't be surprised if PS3 beat the 360 in September the way things are going.

Wow ,360 outsold the PS3 ....just barely and without canadian data but at least it was somewhat ahead.

Most buyers dont know a thing about impending price drops.

And Madden Wii did very bad ....about 1/6 of the PS3 version and 1/10 of the 360 version .....

Wow this is a slow month haha. And man did everything aside from 360/PS3/PS2 Madden do awful as well.

Well HW sales are terrible but VGC seems to be in the ballpark. Madden Wii was way over tracked according to these numbers but I'm willing to settle for a median haha. Surprising considering how much all these other sites were saying it outperformed previous versions while this suggests it's doing about the same. MK Wii under tracked severly which isn't that surprising. Oh well. Sales tracking on this site has started to diversify itself further from NPD so whatev but yep this will cause uproar haha.
