At the Gamestop meeting this week in Las Vegas, Square Enix has confirmed that a State side release of Kindom Hearts Chain of Memories Plus will hit the PS2.
Chains of Memories will be a fully 3d version of the GBA version of the game, alongside Kingdom Hearts 2. One more nail in the socket for PS3 Kingdom Hearts 3?

And don't say because it is in 3D it will automatically be a good game. You said disappointing, you couldn't expect the GBA game to be 3D so that aspect could not have disappointed you.

No, I think it will end up like this. FFIV, V, and VI will go to DS since they were on the SNES. VII will go to PS3 since its the most requested next gen update release in history. It would be stupid not to. I only wish they made VI on the PS3 too :(.

I was saying that just because they're looking for some quick cash, it's not a guarantee that they're going to go and spend millions and millions on a completely new project.
