Ok, PS3 GTAIV won't outsell X360 GTAIV that's for sure because the difference is too big.
Now you know what could be a better question... Is MKWii will outsell both versions of GTAIV (MKWii > GTAIV PS3 + GTAIV X360)?
At this rate it could happen next winter.

Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.
