I do too. I can't see a Zelda game in a different setting. It would just be.. too weird. I'd still play it though, no doubt.

Technically it's not impossible considering the series is a neverending paradox that takes over the course of infinity as the triforce passes through the generations to the next "link", "zelda", and "ganondorf". The only way it oculd be stopped is if one of them gained the entire triforce and destroyed it or something where it was no longer passed... thus the others wouldn't exist. Kinda like how in the world without link in the split timeline theory that's why the game is focused around regaining it.

It's always been a very interesting plot and progression so the next one will probably tie a few in though it's doubtful they'd jump so far into the future without at least a lead in. I figure the next one might show some very dark things in it considering the end of TP wasn't necessarily bright.

Well he has been on water, on a horse, and underground why not space- or at least the sky.
Not saying that I am crazy about the idea but then again I wasn't crazy about a 3D Metroid but I later bought all of the games.
They could do the Skies of Arcadia thing (not that I want them to).

I would want a game with RTS parts built into it, so that Hyrule would be more like a Kingdom. I think Zelda should be playable and that they should build a romance between the 2 characters.

Also I hope they do something to link all of these games that go beyond Gannon, Link, and Zelda.

I think they should have some of the guys that write the Fire Emblem Series plot the next Zelda.
